Venice Port Complex sits at the southernmost point of the Mississippi River, about 20 miles from the sea buoy and 60 miles below New Orleans. We are the first port from the Gulf, with deep water, flexible parcels, and no height restrictions to the sea. Roughly 1,500 acres of industrial sites, 30 to 35 ft on-site depth and about 50 ft in the river, built for serious draft, large-vessel construction, and terms from month to month through 30 years.
