Warren proudly serves as the county seat in Bradley County Arkansas. With a population of approximately 6,000 residents, Warren offers small town charm as well as a great business district. The Industrial Park just inside the city limits has ample opportunity for business and industry development and growth. Every first weekend in June, Warren hosts the annual Pink Tomato Festival, one of the oldest festivals in Arkansas. The Warren Municipal Airport, a 3,829 ft. runway, which offers business aircraft capabilities, paved surface, lighted runway, high intensity approach, credit card fuel services, rest facilities, and single and multi-engine availability. The Little Rock National Airport is only 92 miles from Warren and offers complete commercial and air freight services.
Genesee & Wyoming is the primary carrier for Warren. Their subsidiary Arkansas Midland is the operator for Warren & Southeast Arkansas. They lease the rail from Union Pacific. Union Pacific has a large intermodal rail facility in Marion, Arkansas, which aids in providing more efficient service to its Arkansas customers. The Union Pacific system is recognized as one of the safest and most innovative railway companies in the country.
Warren has class 1 rail service operated by Arkansas Midland Railroad under contract to Union Pacific.
Yellow Bend Port is a slack water harbor. It has a 250 foot wide entrance to a 350 x 810 foot turning basin. Its location on the Mississippi River makes it one of the most convenient port locations on the inland waterway system.

The City of Warren operates under a mayor/city council form of government functioning through five major departments that carry our a full range of public services supported by a moderate tax base. Warren is operated by an elected mayor and aldermen elected by ward. The mayor serves a four-year term, while six aldermen serve on a two-year term basis.
